Highly elastic "flexible titanium β-Titan" is used for the temple that holds the head. It is shaped to shift from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction so that the force is efficiently distributed to the spring part. The area around the spring has a firm and solid shape, and the tip is punched by a press to provide a lightweight and supple comfort. These distinctive designs are realized by pressing from two directions and polishing the boundary cleanly.
For the important part "rim" that holds the lens, "Titanium Hybrid Titan", which is used for suspensions of racing cars, is used. The thickness of the front of the rim is 0.7mm, which is a delicate expression, but the depth is 3mm, which covers the thickness of the lens and is designed to suppress the deformation of the entire front.
Yoroi, which connects the temple and the front, uses "flexible titanium β-Titan" to ease the tension (load) applied to the front and temple when it is attached or detached. The newly designed spring part bent 180 degrees maximizes the elasticity of the material itself, prevents damage to the frame, and provides a comfortable fit.
The important bridge that connects the rims features an asymmetrical design. A 0.9mm thick β-Titan bridge is placed horizontally to prevent deformation of the entire front.
Arch design that fits easily. The material used is Nukurel, which is also used for food packaging. It has excellent safety. The arm that supports the nose pad has a one-piece structure with the bridge, forming a unified form.
